Think Happy Thoughts

Happy thoughts are part of our lives. In an average day it is estimated that we have around 60,000 thoughts. Have you ever wondered how many of these thoughts are happy thoughts?

It is known that happy people think more happy thoughts than unhappy people. If we think happy thoughts... we create happy perceptions... we create a beautiful aura of light around ourselves... which leads us to happy events. And so we create a exciting circle (where we become even happier).

Happy thoughts connect us with the light, confidence and courage to act... to the power to believe. To live our lives according to our hopes and dreams not somebody else´s.

Jealous, angry and fearful thoughts and feelings take us away from our own path... our own purpose. But a straight path doesn´t admit compromises. This negative thoughts strip us of our power and ability to act effectively. If we think fearful thoughts we become afraid and act defensively. This pushes away other people and other possibilities away from us. And so we become lonelier and more afraid.

The route to a happier life is through happy thoughts. Not just because they make you feel better immediately... but because happier thoughts give you a stronger and more stable foundation to your life. You are in control rather than being bounced around by life.

A lot of people spend a lot of time reading about negative thoughts or other people's bad experiences, thinking that it is making them feel better. I like that you're saying that happy thoughts breed happy people, which in turn creates a happy world. I get my daily dose of happy thoughts here:

These are wonderful happy thoughts. My husband is and example of the what negative thoughts do. He always says, "Expect the worse and hope for the best." That is what he usually gets.

Can't convince him he needs to change his thinking, so I just smile.

Darkness does not like light, Thank you for your LIGHT.
I struggle with negative fearful thoughts every day but when my mind gets a break and let's sources of smiles, fun, being creative, helping someone else, keeping busy , true gut laughter, playing with the babies and talking with the elderly, during these times I feel good and so relieved.
If only we teach our children by example happiness, love and joy instead of fear, pain, worry and sorrow.
Thank God and you again for your Blog

Doing things that make us happy are the only things in life that count, even if it's sitting at the beach on a summer evening watching the sunset.

I have begun a project where I come up with three happy thoughts a day. It's great to see someone right on track with me!

Good post! Here are some thoughts regarding a proper foundation:

"47 As for everyone who comes to me and hears my words and puts them into practice, I will show you what they are like.

48 They are like a man building a house, who dug down deep and laid the foundation on rock. When a flood came, the torrent struck that house but could not shake it, because it was well built.

49 But the one who hears my words and does not put them into practice is like a man who built a house on the ground without a foundation. The moment the torrent struck that house, it collapsed and its destruction was complete.” (Luke 6:47-49)

I was feeling sad and at the end of my rope. While sitting at the computer thinking that I was tired and had enough of trying, I thought that one last attempt of the search on "Happy Thoughts" through Google just might have the answer! You saved my life...

We’re all so busy with our lives, that we can’t stop to look at opportunities to get what we want out of life. We need to ask for time and to take action towards that request. We have to be available to what we want. Let go of the clutter in our mind to be in tune with our happiness in order to attract what we want.We need to enjoy the journey of life to be whole. We need to get rid of the pain & make space in our heart, our mind, our soul, our life for what we want.
